Last time we talked about supporting zinc nutritional status. Today we talk about how to kill a cold with zinc. Believe it or not, the principles are completely different. Your oysters can help you get sick lest often. But knowing how to find the right zinc lozenge and use it correctly is your secret weapon to stop a cold dead in its tracks when it eventually comes.

Transcripts make it easier to use the information. You may just prefer to read. But having transcripts and video or audio can massively increase your productivity. For example, you can listen while you are washing the dishes, commuting to work, or doing other menial tasks, getting familiar with the material and scanning for things you want to learn more about. Then you can come back and keyword-search the transcript for the exact things you want to master in more detail.

Thank you for this! I bought some of these lozenges in case of a cold and had my first opportunity to try this today. The only bummer is that they really at up the inside of my mouth. The roof of my mouth is raw, but I’m stickin’ with it!
I take about 150 mg orally, ( 66 kilos) 3- 4 -5 doses ON FOOD or else tummy ache Always works if I do it as soon as I get that first feeling of impending flu- ness – been doing it for 20 years or so
Hi Chris- thanks, this was interesting! Is there any reason why these lozenges would not contribute to increasing zinc nutritional status?
It takes at least two hours for this to dissolve. I wonder what that means.
Maybe low saliva content or you’re not sucking much. Takes a little over a half hour for me. In any case, the longer it takes to dissolve the better. 2 hours is ideal because you could take them back to back and have a continuous low dose stream of zinc into the nasal and adenoid tissue.
Very Inspiring
I m re-watching and taking notes down the words.
Especially the way how to handle it.
