Vital Farms Eggs begin with pasture-raised hens who enjoy a minimum of 108 square feet each of room to roam on small family farms. Our girls have the freedom to forage for local grasses, succulents and wildflowers on rotated pastures while enjoying fresh air and sunshine. Vital Farms began as a single-family farm. As we grew, we didn’t make our farm bigger – we found more like-minded farmers who put the welfare of their feathered friends first. Today, we work with over 300 small family farms who give the girls the outdoor lifestyle they deserve.

    These eggs are the best. Deep orange yolks instead of the pale yellow yolks from the factory chickens. You can taste how healthy these eggs are. They are more expensive but knowing the chickens are not kept in tiny 1 ft. square cages or are in giant cramped hen houses with thousands of other chickens, but are free to roam in the pastures makes the extra cost worth it. The one bad thing is they are in such high demand that when they come in they are bought up very quick. My solution is to buy several dozen at a time and oil them (look it up on YouTube). Try these at least once.

    I’ve been purchasing Vital Farms Pasture-Raised Grade A Large Eggs for a several years now, and I’m truly impressed with the quality. The eggs are organic and free from antibiotics, synthetic hormones, pesticides, and GMOs, which makes them a healthier choice for me and my family.

    What’s great about Vital Farms is that they offer both organic and pasture-raised eggs.     The egg pricing drama continues in March of 2025. These eggs were pricy, but the quality is outstanding. The taste is richer than mass-produced commercial eggs. This is closer to the farm free-range type of eating experience. We don't eat a large amount of eggs, so for a couple these can make sense to use for baking or occasionally eating as a fried or scrambled option.

    They were extremely fresh, and the size is generous for "large" eggs.
