  1. You said “although I usually recommend whole eggs” but I thought you recommends no whites, just yolks. I’ve been only eating yolks because of that. What’s the bottom line?

  2. And if you need more potassium without starch and sugar, you can get it by each 3/4 tsp that provides 10 mEq of potassium from Cream of Tartare. That’s what I do and no longer have to spend 2X as much money on a potassium supplement by prescription.
