      1. I get it. Most likely eating it is all one needs. Didn’t see anything in the article on NAC and research shows it is safe to take. What I’ve been doing for several years now is taking a 900mg cap of NAC for 120 days (the whole jar) once per year.

          1. Thanks. Makes sense to just take glutathione for guaranteed perceived results. I wonder if taking NAC is still worth cycling as per the webmd link I sent to Zoltan; possible increase in glutathione and other side benefits.

    1. Acetyl-cysteine is a mucolytic agent. It’s a drug. Taking it as a supplement is like taking Fluimucil when you don’t have a dry cough.
