  1. Hi Chris, do you think that mobilization of metals via metallothionein may be the cause of intense insomnia I get when I supplement with zinc? If so, how long might that last and should I just power through it? I know I’m deficient in zinc and high in copper. Thanks!

    I have a zinc deficiency according to my micronutrient test, I also have arsenic toxicity. Do you think getting some Jarrow’s Zinc Balance would be a great idea?

    1. Yes, though make sure you are using the right range of plasma zinc. And for arsenic specifically focus on methylation. See chrismasterjohnphd.com/methylation
