  1. What forms of GABA do you recommend? My understanding is that most of it is broken down in the gut before it can be absorbed.

    Regarding pain, while I wouldn’t say I had debilitating chronic pain, I did have major pain when I had to sit for long periods such as driving or on planes and this resolved almost completely with CBD oil. I would caution that the CBD oil goes bad before I can use up a bottle, but it worked extremely well for me. I have also heard good things about some strains of Kratom, however I have not used it and I am not sure what its mechanism is. For CBD oil, from what I have read, it seems to reduce excessive, unproductive inflammation which seems like a root cause improvement. I have used glycine for years, however I have only added higher doses of bi-carb recently, so to early to tell on that one.
