  1. I would say yes. Of course family planning involves proper health watch and all those important things that not only mothers must know but the whole family as well in raising the family. It's still fine to seek advice from doctors about family planning after having the kids that you only want. That way, you will be guided on how to maintain good health in the family.

    1. Jaminet makes claims in order to sell the book the best way possible. People almost never like the taste of cod liver oil and thats what he deliver. Contrary, animal liver, while not favorite food, is eaten and loved by many. The very same thing he does with "safe starches" debate – he knows people love starch and thats what he delivers.

Jaminet claims there is problem with CLO but he passes quietly about problems with animal livers (for instance aflatoxin problem due to unregulated food industry).

  2. Dear Chris, Dr Paul Jaminet PhD has posted messages on his site perfecthealthdiet.com explaining why he wary of fermented cod liver oil, it would be great if you write an article here refuting his concerns.

  3. Well I did enjoy that, thank you. From the Mckeown chart it does seem there was a general trend downward anyway. Price left us with invaluable information and I am ever so grateful for it. I now judge the latest diet craze against Price's findings.

You mentioned "primitive wisdom" on child education. Do you have a reference?

Looking forward to the next installment.

Oh and happy new year to you

    1. Hi Anonymous,

Happy New Year to you too!

I had in mind Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. For example the Swiss had the kids go to school have the year and work half the year. Inexpensive and the work wasn't abusive.

      Chris
